Midas Safety

In the Midas Safety project, a solar system of 200 kW on-grid was installed, where industrial energy requirements are to be fulfilled with guaranteed and efficient power production. Here, an industrial solution has been specifically implemented, focusing on power efficiency to cover high-load requirements with lower energy costs over time.

The system is integrated with a smart meter to enable the real-time monitoring of the production and consumption patterns and also the interaction with the grid. In order to further optimize the system towards better financial efficiency, net metering was also included to export the unused solar energy to the grid, hence reducing the electricity bills.

As per the safety and compliance regulations, DC earthing was also incorporated to ensure better security and dependability for the equipment. Ongoing service offerings in the form of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) provide high availability and stability for the system.

This project shows the effectiveness of well-engineered industrial solar systems in achieving energy savings, efficiency, and reliability even for big companies like Midas Safety.
